• We don't use cookies, advertising or tracking tools on our site.
• We only receive your information if you fill in the project request form.
• We use it only to get back to you and never sell it.
• Requests are deleted automatically after 24 months.

This website belongs to Roamade. Roamade is responsible for your personal data (the "data controller" under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698). You can reach us at info@roamade.net or through the form on our contact page.

When you fill in the project request form: your name, your business name, your email address, optionally your WhatsApp number and estimated budget, the service you're interested in and your project description.

To prevent abuse of the form, we store an irreversible fingerprint of your IP address; we don't store the IP address itself.

When you visit the site, the servers hosting it keep standard technical logs for security, such as IP address, time of visit and browser information.

Project requests are deleted automatically 24 months after the last activity, and records marked as spam after 30 days. If you'd like yours deleted sooner, just let us know.

All connections to the site are encrypted (HTTPS). Requests are stored in a database that only our server can access; they cannot be accessed through the site or from outside.

When a new request arrives, its content is sent only to our own email address through an email delivery service (Resend), so we can reply quickly.

Our site doesn't use cookies. Cloudflare, which provides spam protection on the contact page, may set a strictly necessary security cookie only when needed for bot detection; it is not used for advertising or tracking.

Under Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law, you can find out what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, ask who it has been shared with and object to its processing.

When we update this policy, the date at the top of the page changes.
