A Telegram bot driven by commands and buttons, with flows for choosing a service, getting information and requesting a demo.
This is a demo project: Roamade prepared it to show our services; it is not client work. The business name and content are fictional. The demo portrays a fictional Turkish business, so it opens in Turkish.

Overview
A menu and command design for an automation bot on the Telegram Bot API. Users start with /start, pick a service with buttons, get information or leave a demo request; the request is sent to the team as a summary.
Goal: Users move forward with buttons instead of memorising commands, and requests reach the team as a tidy summary.
The need
People who reach a business on Telegram don't know what to write; requests arrive as scattered messages and can't be tracked.
Design approach
- Commands (/start, /services, /help) and inline buttons are used together.
- Every reply has buttons showing the next step.
- Request summaries are posted to the team group in a standard format.
