This is a demo project: Roamade prepared it to show our services; it is not client work. The business name and content are fictional. The demo portrays a fictional Turkish business, so it opens in Turkish.

Overview
A flow design for a welcome bot running on a business's WhatsApp Business Platform line. Customers can browse services, get instant answers to common questions or create a request that is passed to the team.
Goal: Repetitive questions are answered automatically and requests reach the team with the details they need.
The need
Businesses get the same questions on WhatsApp all day; customers writing outside business hours get no reply, and requests get lost between chats.
Design approach
- Short messages and menus with at most three options.
- The bot offers a way to reach a person at every step.
- Only the necessary details are asked when creating a request.
